By accessing or using 3meel.ai ("the Service"), operated by 3meel.ai ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3meel.ai is a SaaS platform that allows users to upload PDF documents, build intelligent tree-structured indexes using AI-generated summaries, and expose indexed knowledge bases via MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. The Service provides a dashboard for managing documents and knowledge bases, and enables AI assistants to query uploaded data through standard MCP tool calls.
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, index, store, and serve Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., sending text to OpenAI for summarization).
The Service offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment provider, Polar.sh. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all your data (documents, knowledge bases, indexes) will be permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
