Questions

Yes. You can switch between plans at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the remaining credit is applied to future billing cycles.

You will receive a notification when approaching your limit. Once reached, queries will be paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

All documents are encrypted in transit and stored in access-controlled S3-compatible object storage. Your data is never used for model training.
